Services Included:

  • In person consultation and assessment
  • In person training 1 to 2 times a week
  • Personalized strength training plans to meet your specific goals, needs, and schedule
  • Weekly check-ins, accountability, and progress tracking
  • General nutrition recommendations

Pricing:

  • $250 – One-time per week in-person training – Monthly Plan
  • $450 – Two-times per week in-person training – Monthly Plan
  • $100 – (Optional addon) Nutrition Coaching – Monthly Plan
